At JTI, employees are entitled to parental leave, which includes 20 weeks of paid leave. Whether they have become a parent by having a baby, adopting a child or taking a child into their care.

At JTI, our employees are entitled to meal allowances, pension contributions equipment and home office electricity allowances employment from their first day of employment.

Extra days
off

In additon to 20 days (+5 days extra) of vacation + 3 extra Director´s days off, the employee is entitled to 20 fully paid sick days per year. If the employee does not use the sick days, he/she can make up his/her wages during the period of sick leave.

Option to buy
company shares

JTI employees can buy to in JT stock and take advantage of the potential for substantial returns. They can invest up to 15% of their annual basic salary. The company will match each contribution with a further 12% contribution.
