What this position is about - Purpose:

Being a part of CzHuSk Marketing team, this position is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of direct to consumers activities in Slovakia, in order to ensure continuous consumer engagement, enhance conversion, affinity and drive demand.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

•    Develop 1-2-1 communication platform for points of sales to facilitate conversion, brand/product awareness and purchase. Support in material planning and handling. Set KPIs and control the activities. This includes regular field visits and tour checks (ca 3 w. days per week)
•    Develop effective consumers experience platforms across the brands. Increase effectiveness of consumer & trade programs deployment and ensure continuous consumer engagement. Improve efficiencies by using best practices in data acquisition, management, marketing and analytics.
•    Monitor and evaluate all Direct to Consumer activities towards the KPIs and brand strategies; recommend modifications. Monitor the market and collect best practices in order to keep ahead of the competition with new, innovative and exciting 1-2-1 programs.
•    Monitor and control the budgets related to 1-2-1 activities. Generate cost efficiencies to improve ROI.

Whom we are looking for? - You as a Professional: 

•    Have robust experience in consumer promotions and/or event marketing, preferably in FMCG
•    Have strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
•    Are well self-organized with attention to detail. Your reporting and analytical skills allow you to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of Direct to Consumer strategies and activities.
•    Have ability to manage conflicting priorities in changing environment 
•    Are a confident MS Office user
•    Are an active car driver, ready to spend ca 3 working days per week in the field
•    Are fluent in Slovak (or Czech) and English
